Toxiplas - Wastepack Metal

Kuvaus
Adds a unique method of disposing of wastepacks pre-fabrication.
After researching biofuel refining, machining, and microelectrics, you can use 20 steel, 20 chemfuel and 5 wastepacks to create Toxiplas.
While toxiplas is not a very good quality metal, being somewhat weaker than steel, the main advantage is that it can be used to get rid of wastepacks earlier than advanced fabrication, albeit in a costly manner.
Enjoy. Or don't. I don't care.

You could have a GameComponent that keeps track of all items with the components, and patch Despawn() to remove them if it's destroyed &c. Doable, but probably complicated to catch all the little things, like weapons? Or maybe it'd be straightforward :personshrugging:

Fair enough, all good.

@Vardath I seriously doubt it.

couldn't you use the code from the wastepacks and extend the timer?
Bosh  [tekijä] 10.5.2023 klo 8.06
@Vardath that would be a good idea but I don't think it's possible to assign effects like that solely to the material itself.

Looks good, though, could you add a timer which makes the product, either the new metal or the buildings and items, explode in toxic fumes in 5 years?

perhaps weapons made out of it could give toxic buildup on the target?
