went through my mods and this one seems to be causing some settlements to lose their climate, i just played as gorbad and all his starting territory had no climates

It is known, VCO is doing something different in one of its newer updates that has stopped my script using the base games victory conditions system from working and I've not yet looked into the issue.

The latest update with the blue vipers conflicts with GIS' Orc Guns, Pirate, Warmachine Expansion mod. For example you cannot select the blue vipers faction as for some reason it's fused with the faction added from that mod. Hopefully somebody makes a compatibility patch.
