1946 Expansion

I've always felt that Victoria 2 ended a bit too early, with only a short amount of time to use tanks and airplanes, and capitulated nations not making a comeback in time for redemption. I feel the same way about Victoria 3. To remedy this problem, I extended the end date to 1946, as well as adding things that make the end game in general more interesting.

This mod will do the following:

- Add techs and goods from the interwar and WW2 period.
- Add events, journal entries, and decisions to flesh out the 1920s-1940s era.
- Extend the game to end in 1950 (I know it says 1946 expansion but I'm too lazy to change the branding lol)
- Add new Mobilization Options/Units for Military Formations.
- Add Unit Specilizations.

Planned and/or Current Journal Entries :
- Nuclear Power Development
- Theosophical Society -> Potential Pagan Resurgencies, Esoteric Movements, and other Unhinged Ideologies
- The Roaring 20's -> Potential Great Depression
- Rise of Fascism/Nazism

With that in mind, most mods should be absolutely compatible. I've redesigned this mod with that in mind. If you do find a mod that causes issues, please let me know!
