I've updated my mod East Asian Clothes Patch to make it work with 1.3; it requires blue0china's East Asian Clothes mod to be active as well, but as long as you have all 3 mods running you should have no problems with this mod and 1.3, namely agitators not having any clothes.

Hi, I played as Qing and I can't adapt Western clothing. I got all the requirements checked, except for "Scholar-Officials (Landowners) are not powerful" despite them having a clout of less than 20%. Is there a bug or something else? Thanks.
