Charr of Starbound

ALPHA: No timetable on any updates, but the mod is in a playable state. Full features have no estimated date for implementation.

Welcome, the Charr bring their surely kind, peaceloving and entirely-not-warmongering greetings from Tyria, or what's left of it. The Charr are a formidible, stout race of bestial felines hailing from the magic-infused world of Tyria, pockmarked by the strange Mists, the occasional world-destroying elder dragon, and crazy scratching posts. Having enough of the crazy, the Charr have managed to somehow take to the stars in lands and a universe not their own, something something Mists, in order to quench their thirst for needing some space.

Mod Features:
Charr-esque sprites with horns and manes, though fewer manes for male
Basic armor and cosmetic sprites
An array of all basic colors for Charr including the RARE blacksmith blue and pale pink fur colors. Not heresy.
Very basic dungeons that spawn either very infrequently or occasionally
Interaction text with all standard Starbound races and dialogue in general
Tenants and crew recruitment
Crude Legion banners of the five main Charr Legions, with a special checkpoint banner for the sixth

Planned Updates:
Possible reworking of sprites to be even more Charr-like
Fixing manes/horns to be compatible with helmets, if even possible
Finding a better way to set eye colors
Advanced armor and cosmetic sprites
Frost, Branded, Destroyer, and Risen fur color schemes
Better dungeons with both enemies and NPCs, as well as missions in the far future
Object text for every vanilla Starbound object
A wider array of NPCs, Legion-specific NPCs, intra-legion fights
Much more furniture than just piddly banners, and a respriting of those too

This base mod requires nothing more than a character extender of whichever flavor you choose. Screenshots are from a Frackin' install as I'm unable to house a fourth Starbound install just for core game pics. The base mod should work without Frackin', however.
