80s TV Screen Overlays

Just the copy pasted upload of the TV Screen Overlay from GERUNIMO https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1701107739 with my small modifications.

Just place the Controller in between your monitor (2x2) and the video output to have the overlay present. You need to add a constant signal on to the monitor, because if turned off, you want to see the alternative "screen off" image like from a CRT TV, instead of black. To prevent the controller to get damaged and failing to show any image, place it in a secure space inside your creation.

I added in 2 versions.

One has an Overlay for a regular TV and one has an additional round black border. Only needed if you want to overlay over a radar and do not want to remove or change anything. Also, both controllers can be switched differently. One is triggered by a composite signal (1 is preset but you can change it to anything you want) and the second one switches via an on/off input. You can just replace those as you like. The clock is needed for the controller to "tick" every second and input the picture.
