CRT scanline effect LUA

Opis
Adds a line to a video node that slowly moves down the screen.

The colour, speed and length of the trail behind the line can be customised using the properties of the microcontroller
Works on all monitor sizes

Usage:
connect existing video node to 'raw video' input
connect output video node to display

works well with the monitors inside the killdo- i mean video cameras.... for my uh... bulldozer

Love the concept but it would be great if you could expand it a bit further with more customisation options. Multiple scan lines, scan line starting from the top as soon as it starts disappearing from the bottom, film grain, solid background color, etc would be super useful.
