If you are having issues with crashing on startup Please check to see if the mod has been updated.

You can go to steamapps\workshop\content\1142710\2792284475 make sure that it says that the date modified is recent.
If unsubing and resubbing doesn't work delete the folder then try resubing

Really wanted Tier 4 Settlements in TWW3

So worked on a mod for it.
Based off Mazz's Tier 4 Minor Settlements 2 for Total War Warhammer 2

Adds a 4th tier to the minor settlement chain for all currently available races.
Hopefully this helps you guys, just like me with being able to spread some buildings across to minor settlements.
This doesn't work with Ogre's as Ogre's don't even get higher then T3 Provincial Capitals as is.
Cost and Build are the same as T4 majors but with 1 point of reduced growth cost.

@Alarayn IDK to be honest but mixu said this: the problem can be fixed in minutes of someone who makes tier 4 settlements mod.

Okay, so what I think it is.
Is it has something to do with Mixu's Campaign Building chain slot unlocks table. Or perhaps something else as my mod just creates a new building level that gives the same amount of slots as vanilla. As the way CA doing the slots is based off the building itself.

@Alarayn no. i already started a new campaign and removed all mods before starting but the issue still happening. idk what causes it. it doesnt happen to you?

The Chaos Dwarves do have 4th tier minor settlements but it need population surplus of 3 and thats very hard to come by with the Chaos Dwarves.
Is it a bug or are they not yet fully implemented in the mod?
