This is my Tier 4 Minor Settlements now with Free Walls!
If you are having issues with crashing on startup Please check to see if the mod has been updated.

Really wanted Tier 4 Settlements in TWW3

So worked on a mod for it.
Based off Mazz's Tier 4 Minor Settlements 2 for Total War Warhammer 2

Adds a 4th tier to the minor settlement chain for all currently available races.
Hopefully this helps you guys, just like me with being able to spread some buildings across to minor settlements.
This doesn't work with Ogre's as Ogre's don't even get higher then T3 Provincial Capitals as is.
Cost and Build are the same as T4 majors but with 1 point of reduced growth cost.

Am I the only one where Khorne's tier 4 city can't build any mortal or daemonic military building?
It's missing the text "allow construction of xxxx".
