[Improved] Active Talker

- When another survivor is caught by a special infected, that person's name is called.
- When someone hits by the Boomer's vomit, Other survivors call that person's name.
- If everyone gets hit by vomit, they tell them to fight without scattering.
- When the chargers rush right in front of the survivor, the survivor is surprised.
- Survivor screams while Charger grabs the survivor and rushes.
- If 2 or more tanks appear, the survivor will warn team that 2 tanks are coming.
- When someone provokes the Witch, the Survivors immediately call that person's name.
- When another survivor dies, they call their name and mourn.
- If the survivor is incapacitated and neglected, that survivor continues to moan in pain.
- If all survivors survive with the escape vehicle, the survivors rejoice. (You can check it with closed captions)
- Etc.

Because this is a vscript. It's not a talker script.

- Enter a character's name, item name, or the name of a special infected in chat, and the character speaks. (ec: tank, hunter, boom, smo, pipe, molo, molly, nick, ro, fran, etc)
- Enter simple commands into the chat, and the character speaks. (ex: come here, this way, wait, go, etc)
- If you want this feature, you can turn it on by typing "!c2v" into chat.

- You can skip chat by having your character speak.
- If you want this feature, you can turn it on by typing "!v2c" into chat.


- This addon only works on your local server.
- This addon's config options are controlled by chat command (not console command), will remain even after you exit the game.
- This addon includes compatible code for Extended Skin Packs, therefore items with TLS skins can be spawned on the map.
