however, having been playing this game since 2014, I see two issues: one, online multiplayer is still a mess even after two years of testing, and testers have been treated poorly in alpha stage of testing, and two, bad items don't really need buffs, because this game as a whole revolves around finding good or bad items. they are shifting everything in the game towards its median value and it makes the game incredibly bland. you no longer feel the dopamine of getting a q4 or an utter disappointment of q0 because almost all items are now equally good. (this is and has always been my take, don't take it too seriously.)
