Tarot Cloth for runes.

Since Repentance, Tarot cloth does not work with runes. Instead, they made new and unique improvements to the way it works with cards and made it useless with runes. Now runes have no friends :( This mod aims to fix that, by adding Magic Chalk.

The chalk Isaac uses to draw runes has now even more power, because it's magic! Magic Chalk appears in shops and curse rooms (like Tarot Cloth.) The effect of all the runes (this means: excluding soul stones) is amplified:

• Hagalaz: Destroys grimaces, spikes, steel blocks and opens secret rooms
  
• Breaking pillars with Hagalaz will yield cool stuff
  
• Jera: x3 two pickups in the room and creates a copy of the closest item pedestal to Isaac (but only once per floor)
  
• Ehwaz: Always opens a crawlspace (yes, ALWAYS)
  
• Dagaz: +2 soul hearts, prevents pills from giving curses for this floor, resets red heart damage devil deal penalty
  
• Ansuz: Reveals full map + red secret room, removes visibility curses, prevents Amnesia pills from working this floor
  
• Perthro: D10, D12, D20, D6
  
• Berkano: 8 spiders + 8 flies
  
• Algiz: 30 seconds shield of protection (vs 20 for the base rune)
  
• Blank rune: Gives two random rune effects (one strong and one weak)
  
• Black rune: Double flies and stats up
  

Additional technical details:

• Gold Rune mod: increases the area of effect of the rune
  
• EID English, French and Italian, rune descriptions get modified with Magic Chalk
  
• Magic Chalk has augmented effects with multiple copies for Dagaz, Berkano, Algiz, blank rune, black rune and jera
  

Bugs

• Ehwaz might spawn both a crawlspace and a trapdoor if used in front of a door
  
• Black rune bonus stats might act weird if multiple players have Magic Chalk
  
• Black rune doesn't give range upgrades due to a modding API bug. For balance purposes, it has a higher chance to pay out with shot speed upgrades until this is fixed...
