quickbar stuff

a few quickbar things i added mostly just to make testing slightly less annoying
i guess im sharing them

they all require admin mode but heres a mod to remove that

the things:
- weapon upgrade anvil
- vehicle repair
- teleporter
- instance world teleporter
- pet healing
- deploy mech at current location

the teleporter is just. the teleporter menu
theres a return option which is supposed to return you to wherever you last teleported from (it sometimes works)

the instance world teleporter just reads instance_worlds.config and lists all of them
it also tries to give them icons just based on their names and that works (mostly)
added this because typing /warp commands got a little bit annoying


there used to be a free cheese button but i moved it to its own mod
