Long time ago, evil dragon has cursed this land, putting many unstable anomalies on it. Previously it was a chill and abandoned place, but now - it might be called the den of evil, and you will be right.
All the encounters of Sam have stumbled upon one island - and now, our hero's journey continues yet again!



What is it?
Blood Sugar is an experimental, rogue-like, sandbox, exploration project where player is mostly free to do whatever suits his mind.
By walking around, exploring area, picking some random quests and beating bosses, player will progress through 11 tiers consisting of 4 quests each, until the island is fully conquered by player. There's in total 100 quests and 31 bosses.

While this is a survival map, player is able to stay as much as he wants here - up to staying in AFK room for 99:99:99.99.
I personally made this map survival to make players value their lives - it would be just too easy and boring to have possibility to save your progress on each tier. And, moreover, it would kill the main idea - replayability.

Each tier provides you 4 random quests out of 10 (quests can duplicate!), and you are free to do whatever you want with them. Bosses are also random (1 out of 3 per tier). After defeating a boss, you will get a reward with new weapon. After picking a weapon, world around will become a little bit more hostile.

Also, for bonus, level has some sort of dynamic day-night-random rain cycle, so you won't feel like you're at the same place! Need more random? There are also modifiers to make your run memorable.

Please, do not visit Haunted Island early if you are afraid of spooky powerful ghosts.

• Map is playable in co-op!
• The "1." "2." quests are parts of one quest chain.
• Try to play fair. Map has LOTS of ways to abuse everything, and it is up to you how to play it.
• Expect big difficulty spike from Tier 6 and Tier 8.
• Dungeon is located somewhere around the castle.
• Remember to pick a tier reward!
• Haunted Island is VERY dangerous at the beginning. Go to it only after tier 5 or higher.
• Every enemy spawned not from quest has very low aggro radius.


Q: Why is it a survival map?
A: Because I wanted to provide more of permadeath experience to start over and get a fresh new experience.

Q: What if I don't pick tier rewards?
A: Enemies won't spawn at islands, but you will have just a shotgun to fight bosses.

Q: Are you back to Fusion?
A: Yes.

Q: I have an idea - can you make it?
A: If this map will be liked by some people - sure, I guess, I don't mind updating it with more content.

Q: WHY SO MUCH CONTENT REQUIRED FOR IT???
A: I wanted to provide as different experience on each quest as possible, so I used almost all the custom enemies and resources to make you feel like you play different game every time you replay this map.
