Guv's Ma Teng's Unique Faction Resource Mod (Updated 2021-01-02)

Alright lads, we've back with a big one. Ever played Ma Teng? I hope you have, for he's actually really good. Problem is, in my opinion, he's not fun. While other factions gain shiny and cool faction unique resources and mechanics, factions like Ma Teng and Gongsun Zan just feel left off the hook.

Ma Teng is at least going to get some remedy. Prepare, there's a lot to cover!

• The Faction of Ma Teng gains a new unique faction resource known as "Endurance". To compensate, the military supply bonuses are removed.
  
• Ma Teng's faction gain two new Court actions that manipulate "Endurance".

The idea behind the resource is that you can not really go wrong. The only real wrong is if you are in the "Neutral" stage. Losing Endurance is not really a cause for concern, as your survival on the map just takes a different turn.

This project is very new to me, and quite frankly very new to this modding scene. I think I have only seen 1 mod that has made a completely new unique resource mod.
