Saturnian Villages on Starry Planets

Description
Of course moths would want to live on the planet with lots of lights!

This adds the sky villages and wasp mimic villages from the Saturnians Mod to the spawn lists of Omeruin's Starry Planet mod

Heres the selection chances for the villages:
Saturnian sky city (sky garden): 3x Chance
Waspmim village: 1x Chance

Well actually, moths actually get confused by light, which is why they fly towards LED lights even though it isn't warm.
