Batman '66 Batboat (Fluid Jet)

I have decided to release a new version of my bat boat with several new features and redesigns under the hood!

-The small prop that propelled the craft previously, has been replaced by a fluid jet.
(This increased speed, but decreased range and increased craft weight)
-Addition of Shadow's advanced LUA radar system, with new controls on the passenger side.
-Addition of Emergency Beacon Locator
-Reworked throttle controls
-Minor tweaks to the hull
-Integration of stabilization system from Randomrandom's modifications of the bat boat
-Edvin :3's Waterjet Controller
-One Gauge fuel meter by Non-stop
