HEY! a man has fallen into the arctic in stormworks city

Description
The Isle of Donkk Coast Guard TX03 - Mule is a tracked vehicle made for cargo, patrol and rescue in the arctic made by Toddy incorporated.
features a medical bed, map and easy controls.

Big thanks to Wall-E for helping me make this work.

question? why does the coastguard need a snowcat?
