. On my PC, the FPS drops from 120 to 22, which eventually leads to a game crash. I recommend checking the optimization using the mat_leafvis 2 command. When moving around the map, it becomes obvious that many areas are being rendered at the same time, which puts a lot of strain on the system. I recommend reviewing the use of portals (areaportals and hints) and setting up proper Visleaf partitioning. Without fixing these issues, the map remains almost unplayable. I hope you can improve it.
