One day, when I was browsing the workshop, I noticed that nobody made Area 51 on the basis of real, so I created it
Its called gm_area51_day for day version and gm_area51_night for night version obviously.
It's kind of optimized but can't hide thing from other skyboxes because it needs to run vvis, and for some reason when there are less fps

You should do a remake using Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2020's Area 51 Map.
I found a downloadable source but idk if its possible to extract some of these stuff into source https://flightsim.to/file/11339/kxta-homey-airport-area-51-groom-lake-upgrade
