===Introduction===

It is a KoHa40 passenger car.
Mainly connected with DE150B-XX, and is in charge of locomotive trains where there are no tracks.
Equipped with interlocking brake, passenger step and door, tail light, and self-steering function.
This vehicle has a fixed front and back. The one with the tail lamp is behind.
