Summary

This is a full reupload and fix of GibMod V2; an addon that was removed randomly without any context/reason. I have went through the painful process of trying to find every last trail of this mod and fixing all the bugs along side it.

Almost identical recreation of the original mod; including all the blood, guts and gore in the original,
All the settings of the original,
General fixes.

Settings:
gibmod_enabled - Enables/disables the mod
gibmod_perfmode - Enables/disables Performance Mode
gibmod_deathcam - Enables/disables the First Person Deathcam
gibmod_effecttime - Time of the blood effects
gibmod_spraytime - Time of the blood sprays

i love that people are complaining to an old addon from like gmod 9 - 10, it obviously it isnt gonna work, its hard to keep track with updates to fix an old addon
