V-bis series
MADE IN 1:1 SCALE
The series includes 13 submarines. Of these, 8 were built for the Pacific fleet, 2 for the Baltic fleet, and 3 for the black sea fleet. The series was originally designated VII.

The power of the main diesels was increased by 35%, while the weight and dimensions remained virtually unchanged. The shape of the rudders was also improved, which increased the surface speed by 1.5 knots. Based on the experience of operation of the V series, improvements were made to individual parts and mechanisms. Changing the shape of the cabin and superstructure had no significant effect. In 1934, a proposal was developed to equip the "Pike" with Dynamo-jet guns of 102 mm caliber on the series III and 152.4 mm on the series V. on may 20, 1934, the Deputy chief of the red army I. M. Ludri approved the tactical and technical task for the re-equipment of the "Pike" V series in transport boats for refueling seaplanes. Each converted boat had to carry 6 tons of aviation gasoline and 480 liters of oil in 16-liter cans, which was enough to refuel three R-6A or seven MBR-4. The system was supposed to be dismantled and used only during special operations.

How To Start A Diesel Engine:

Go to the fifth compartment (Diesel Compartment) feed fuel to both diesels, turn on the Fuel pump and clamp the starter (on both diesels). Then go to the sixth compartment (Electric engine Compartment) find the switches that include the clutch and transmission for the diesel and turn them on. Then return to the fifth compartment and lower the clutch Lever (on both Diesels).

How To Turn On Electric Motors:

Go to the sixth compartment, find the switches that include the electric Motors, Transmission and Clutch and turn them on. Then supply power to the electric motors (both positive and negative). Then lower the Clutch Lever.

How to dive:

Fill the side ballast tanks, fill the front ballast tank to the sixth mark, fill the front ballast tank with equalization, and the quick-dip tank at your discretion. Then Turn off the Diesel (turn off the Fuel Pump, raise the Clutch Lever, in the sixth compartment, turn off the transmission and Clutch Switches, then start the electric motors). To surface, simply blow through all the ballast tanks.
