Patients Can Use Cafeteria

**Patients can now enter cafeterias and interact with objects inside it**
This mod enables patient use of the cafeteria.

When they're hungry enough and want to they'll use the meal counter, donuts, coffee machine and pay $5 for the privilege.

// It seems $5 is hardcoded I can't find anywhere that lets you state prices. So patients will pay $5 for using any of the above items.
// I also can't figure out how to get them to sit down and eat. Right now they just sort of.. gobble the food and go. But I'll keep seeing if there's something, but I suspect it's beyond XML and some of this behaviour is hardcoded for 'staff_lunch'.


Because of how the game/AI works it's not often they do unfortunately especially if you have vending machiness or coolers closer (I zoned a cafeteria next to waiting area for testing ) but it's a step in the right direction. Now we have REAL cafeterias! :)

**TIPS/RECOMMENDATIONS**
Try getting creative with zoning and planning. Zone a gift shop next to the cafeteria to give the aesthetics of someone operating till next to meal counters and cafeteria counters in a line.

Try zoning some lounges around/inside the cafeteria

Try planning close to your busiest waiting rooms and don't spam as many water coolers or vending machines in those areas.

Hopefully Oxymoron will add in something that gives a leaving/visiting patient a % chance of wanting to use the cafeteria to get a proper meal or include some kind of 'socialising' need for hospitalizaed patients in regular wards that will use the cafeteria along with visitors.

I will be very happy if/when this mod becomes obsolete :)
