Lastree FR description fix

I'll speak how I wish, Vladimir, but I suppose you have a point on figuring it out, I was just frustrated since I was working on it for HOURS and couldn't do anything.

@Meylin Libertas Messor First watch you language, I am not responsible for making or teaching other people how to make specific patches. Second, nobody told me how to do it and so I just figured it out, partly from other similar patches made by other, partly from the FU github. And last, just download an mod that does the same just for a different race, for example this
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2976970715 , then you unpack it and look at what files you need to make your patch, and lastly make your patch based on that and the other races stats/description patches on the FU github.

@Meylin Libertas Messor there is a file in FU that you can get on their github that can help with making a mod like that. I usually wouldn't want to bother someone, but, I have a simple request. Since you've done something for the Lastree Before, I want to ask if you could Again.

The Lastree... well the stats that Sayter gave them aren't exactly great, would you perhaps be able to change them to the following:
50% Resistance to Fire, 30% Resistance to Shadow, and 30% Weakness to Cosmic Or Ice? Along with Making Them More Effective with Rifles instead of Shield + Pistol? It'd be far more Fitting, wouldn't it?

Sorry, for bothering you but I have No Idea how to change them myself and when I asked how to do so... well I got some rather harsh responses when I wasn't even given the steps on what to do, and said as much.

If You can't do the Rifle vs Shield + Pistol Bit, then that's fine, I'd just want the stupid as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell resistances FIXED.

Can guarantee that it still works with FU (not using FR) and needed to fix the racial stats description for the Lastree on the character creation menu.

@Ruin Stormshower It will not cause any problems, it only needs to be updated when they change Lastree stats.

Frackin Races is no longer supported. It has been merged into Frackin Universe, and shouldnt be used with it.. So, If I use this mod will it cause any problems since Frackin Races is required?
