Do you miss the character employment/friendship systems from ROTK?

look no further,
this mod enables you to interact with officers outside of your faction.

Low Chance Events
Characters who have friends/oathsworn outside of your faction can be brought over to your faction! The trick is they must have a low satisfaction score.

So use the spy system or new events listed below to lower their satisfaction and hope to trigger an event.

Added new assignments that have a chance to trigger unique events:

Diplomatic Mission
In:Chance to make random acquaintance in another court
Dil: Chance to repair relations between faction leaders
In: chance to worsen relations and diplomat wounded
In: chance to improve relations
In: worsen relations and diplomat killed (required rival w faction leader)
in: Chance to gain income
In: chance to upset a local governor as you pass through lands (requires trait -reckless)
in: chance to improve relations between faction leaders if diplomat is friends with one
in: chance to improve relations between faction leaders if diplomat is oathsworn with one
Dil: Make two faction leaders like/dislike one another , or spread rumours in court (requires trait- elusive or clever)
in: chance to improve relations w a random faction and gain an ancillary
in: chance to improve relations w ma teng and gain a legendary horse (requires peace)
in: chance to improve relations w gonsunzan and gain a legendary horse (requires peace)
in: chance to improve relations w shu and gain a legendary armor (requires peace)
in: chance to improve relations w wu and gain a legendary weapon (requires peace)
Dil: ask a unsatisfied friend to spread rumors in faction (req friend/ less than 60 satisfaction)
Dil: ask a unsatisfied acquittance to spread rumors in faction (req acq/ trait-elusive)

Network Relations
In: chance to improve relationship with an acquaintance
In: chance to move a dissatisfied friend to faction
In: chance to get robbed (if you have a rival)
In: chance to lower a satisfied oathsworns loyalty and deepen relationship w your lord
Dil: event to lower an unhappy friends satisfaction or pay them alot to move factions
Dil: Event to lower an unhappy oathsworns satisfaction or pay them a bit to move to faction
In: chance to mend relations of two friends who are rivals of eachother
In: chance to mend relations of two Oathsworn who are rivals of eachother
In: chance to mend relations of two friends who are negative acquitances of eachother

More events- targeting characters specifically outside of Han empire
Ai Events when they use the assignment, Ai can now use assignments and make friends as well,
Ai can also use assignment to have a friendly general in your faction who has low satisfaction spread rumours in your court.
New events based on character traits - such as a charitable character spending your funds.
--new spy line events in works

-7/21/19 UPDATE-
Harmony events so characters in AI factions form relations- as in vanilla their are very few friendly relations
New Spy event line!! :
dilemma 1- Requires spy has an acquantiance in faction, will meddle in affairs via gossip or producing false reports
dilemma 2- requires dilemma 1 and spy has a friend who has a rival in faction, can plot an assasination with friend against rival, or continue to slander rival officer to faction leader
dilemma 3- requires option 1 in dilemma 2, assassinate rival
(screenshots used above don't show same character because they were taken during testing and hard to produce all these conditions in a timely manner)

-- brain storming new ideas for when specific characters perform assignments, such as zhuge liang gets special events for diplomacy missions, or Zhao Yun interacts with liu bei on network connection assignment, if anyone has any ideas feel free to post for next update

Known issues:

Due to the only key being "GEN_CND_CHARACTER_TEMPLATE" to check IF a character is someone,
and the lack of having a "GEN_CND_NOT_CHARACTER_TEMPLATE" i can not exclude major characters from this, without pain staking permutation copies of each event.. which im not doing.

so theres a chance Zhou yu can steal pang tong from liu bei, and Zhuge Jin can steal Zhuge Liang , other oddities may occur - but only if their satisfaction is low

Alot of the photos used in the workshop are early during testing phases- the typos, wording, and images on the events will be fixed if wrong on the live version- if you find any typos, please report with a screenshot.
