This is the somewhat supported records version of my guanXi mod you can find here:

This version for records is semi untested for me as I place romance, but this is for those that play records and cant use my improve skill trees mod.

So diplomatic mission assignment will hopefully be unlocked on 1 of the 6 generic strategist classes, the "envoy" instead of through my custom skill trees. This means characters like Zhuge Liang, Zhou Yu etc wont have this skill.

Network relations enabled for all like normal.

Hello,
Player was Liu Bei. I got Lu Bu through marriage, used him to initiate the guanxi duty, and he invited Zhang Liao to my faction (at a cost of some money)
