Sorry, my bad. The mod is working. I was playing in geforcenow where the mod doesn’t load. But works on my PC.

Mod is still working. Note that it doesn't work for all items but should work for equipment in rooms. I don't think it works for foundations, not sure about walls. This is part of the game design, not due to the mod.

I believe mods do not disable achievements but I'm not 100% sure.

The game lacks an undo button so this will mitigate the situation.
