What happens if you run the game for a while - does it create new patients with correct names or does the !loc! problem persist?

Ja - es werden nur die Namen für die deutsche Übersetzung geändert. Für die englische Sprachversion gibt es aber auch eine Modifikation die zusätzliche Namen hinzufügt.
