Fragments of Ruin (Race)

You awoke to delirium. The last thing you can only remember is a cacophany of voices, all unitelligable and hard to understand, but it was brought to a sudden stop, the silence nearly knocking you off your feet.

You can't remember who or what you are, so you stagger to your feet to try and find shelter, ignoring the gawking glances and the stares of passerby. Eventually a man with a yellow insigna emblazened on his outfit covers you with a blanket, and leads you inside a university, to a empathetic woman with green and blue eyes...


When the Cultivator struck down the Ruin for the final time, the force used to seal the Ruin away not only obliterated the Cultivator's physical form, but also took a part of the Ruin with it, spreading forth the seed of Ruin across the universe.

You are a fragment of this Ruin, but are completely unaware, only knowing that you have a fascination for disaster and chaos.

Other fragments of Ruin are difficult to find (Author's note: cuz i dont know how villages work and im too terrified to do anything with it) and are an oddity all of their own.

As a Protectorate, it's your job to put a stop to the Ruin's destruction for the sake of the universe, but a soft but insistant voice keeps beckoning to you to find it. To reunite. To become whole again.

Or not, I ain't the cops.
