The item file is not loaded because the items in Avali Plus have changed (renamed/removed items).

I don't have the time to check out all my add-ons whenever someone reports an issue. Usually people just miss a dependency, Steam didn't download the mod properly or some other mod is conflicting. This is why sending me a log is really helpful and it would've saved us all some time.

Did you install the mod this add-on is made for? If you did, the add-on might be outdated.

I will release an update shortly, thanks for confirming the issue PMA.

I dont see the items in the wardrobe interface either, but you can still craft them and get them through regular means and they do look how they are supposed to look.

i can see my character but i dont see the items from Avali plus in the wardrobe interface and i had an item equiped form this mod and sudenly when i turns on starbound it was gone and, yes i am subscribed to this mod XD

Do you see your own character? You probably have another mod that's causing an issue, idk how to help you with that.

Well, maybe describe what the issue is. If you provide a log I could look at it and see if an error is causing the issue.
