USCG Legend Class Cutter (WIP)

This mission spawns my Legend Class US Coast Guard Cutter.

It is still a WIP but is definitally functional atm.

Credit to TMCChristian for the small boats. I modified them slightly to add some detailing.

Update Oct 31 @ 1:31am:

- Completely redid hangar doors. Now opens/closes with the push of a button.
- Tweaked engine performance and prop trim.
- Completely redid small boats and their deployment. (Previously broken)
- Small boats updated to TMCChristians newest versions.
- Now spawns with helicopter secured almost instantly and it gets moved into the hangar.
- New helicopter secure track system.
- Redesigned the CWIS a little.
- Bridge is now sealable.
- 2 decks added below bridge and are also sealable.
- Various color/block fixes.
- Redesigned the bow with the hole in the front for mooring lines.
- Added more pumps for the deck gun for more water pressure. (still weak water stream and working on it)
- Changed horn from toggle to push.
- Fixed mislabeled buttons in flight deck control tower.
- Added a handle at the top of the mast for those tsunami moments.
