the blueprint has a low chanceto be in the shop. so maybe you got just unlucky. you can change that easily with the forgotten construction set and set it to whatever you like. here is the submod i made to set the spawn of the blueprint to 100%.
out it after the backpack mod. also you may need to import your save for it to work( i didnt test that with an already running game.

I have a VI level research bench. Have not seen a research option for the back pack bench and I have not seen blueprints for purchase in the world (on this playthrough). I have seen them in the past and I have used this mod successfully in the past, but I cannot figure out why it's not working now.

I had this mod already installed at the start of the game. I've moved it to the bottom of the mod queue.

I'm going to need about 200 backpacks to do what I am trying to do on this playthrough, but there's no way to steal them all. It's just too time consuming.

Until there is a fix or I can figure something out I'll have to abandon this playthrough.

Hello, some weird thing, the smalls thieve´s backpack and wooden backpack desapeared from my game (completely, I use this backpack crafting mod, their crafteable options gone) when I installed the Genesis mod

Nm, it is crafted in the Toolscrafting Workbench.

Blueprint exists. Found one in Squin(adventure shop). No need import.

i created a new game and i found the blueprint in squin in the eastern tower shop.

but that could be luck. but the blueprint exists.
