Politics Rework

Описание
This mod expands and rebalances all of the laws, with each party getting two additional law tiers and all parties being reworked in theme and mechanics, particularly the Religious party which has gotten a consistent theme of Hero use. The mod also replaces all of the Population Collection laws with passive Empire effects.

A Reupload of Politics Rework as the original has been taken down by Aitarus.

seems to be triggered by
--> Invalid modifier: source property ColonizedStarSystemStateGhostCount does not exists on Empire#5. Descriptor:AffinityGameplayUmbralChoir, Source:Empire#5

Seems the properties added to Empire later on(new mechanics, expansions etc.) aren't in yet and then lead to a fatal once accessed by current game code.

Something broke. This mod now causes a "Serious Error" red screen.

Unfortunately, the original creator didn't preserve any of their notes for our use, so a lot of details of changes are lost. We just have the mod itself. An incomplete description will be up soonish.
