USCG 250 Defender Trailer

- Made it so it doesn't get stuck as much
- Resized for new 250 Defender Hull

This trailer is modeled after the real trailer that carries the SAFE Boat 250 Defender. It is custom made by myself to work with my 250 Defender Coast Guard boat. Features a working dolly, brake lights, ladder to front of boat, and lockable function to keep the boat on. I am currently working on a tow vehicle with someone and will post that later.
