More Lances

Adds several new psychic lances to the game. All can be bought from exotic traders, and all are one-use-only on a single target.
-"Taming lance," a lance that tames an animal. They come in different sizes, with different costs and uses.
-"Brainwashing lance," a lance that convinces any human to join your colony. Any human, even a raider. As the description explains, it's not really brainwashing, but whatever. 1 use. Costs 2000 silver.
-"Knockout lance," which applies anesthetic to the target. Simple and a quick way to knock out a target for a while. It's basically a safer but more expensive form of psychic lance. 2 uses. 1000 silver.
-"Stress lance" and "stress pulser," which give a huge mood debuff for 24 hours to a certain pawn or all pawns, respectively. 2 and 1 uses, 1000 and 1500 silver respectively.
