HL2 EP2 Particle Effect Fix

alright lets hope this is gonna work with only hl2 mounted because of all of the episodes + lost coast being combined into the one true hl2 idk oh no wait yeah i think it should work on gmod because i think the episode mounts still show up dude the good old days of switching between the hl2 and the episodes was good but i like the new combination of everything into one more!

why does the beam not show up tho. isnt the recent update in gmod have the half life 2 episodes set to default? i dont get it.

How did you get the portal beam

Can confirm : I’ve tried to play the HLE2EP2 mod «  Research and Development » ported to Gmod, and particles effect were missing despite having ep2 mounted. Despite the update, this addon stay necessary

no, this addon is still neccecary

This mod is now deprecated now that the HL episodes have been integrated into gmod by default. Facepunch seemed to have fixed the particle errors at least in my testing

Now that HL and CSS have been implemented into GMod, I assume they're no longer needed for this mod to work?
