Can confirm : I’ve tried to play the HLE2EP2 mod «  Research and Development » ported to Gmod, and particles effect were missing despite having ep2 mounted. Despite the update, this addon stay necessary

This mod is now deprecated now that the HL episodes have been integrated into gmod by default. Facepunch seemed to have fixed the particle errors at least in my testing

@Commander Darrell I extracted this addon and put the files in a new directory in my GMod addons folder and it fixed the stuff like the alyx gravity gun animation in the beginning of HL2 EP2 for GMod and the vortigaunts at the beginning of HL2 EP1 for GMod

You will need all Alyx animation files from EP2 copied in gmod in order to use them, since gmod is fucking stupid and wont load them by default

How do you fix the EP2 animations for cutscenes animations(etc alyx using the gravity gun to break the door to get you out of the train).

If you mean character animations, like alyx vs zombie or combine reeling from roof, those are hardcoded in AI. GMOD never supported them.

would it be possible to do a fix for the HL2 E1 and HL2 E2 Maps (when mounted to gmod) animations? Because GMOD doesn't support the animations.
