(OBSOLETE) Norsca Nerf - Asinine Mortal Empires Edition

Prior to the Norsca patch in the original Total War: Warhammer, the upper half of the map would eventually become a Mad Max-esque wasteland populated only by roving chariot gangs and their skirmisher horseman allies.

With Mortal Empires not including the new Norsca faction mechanics, Surtha Ek rides again! Dedicated to razing the old world long before you can interact with it, he and his trash viking friends pester you with the most irritating-yet-unthreatening unit types in existence, while also pillaging my username for their own sinister purposes.

This mod simply halves the income granted by all buildings present in Varg/Skaeling/Mung/etc settlements. Any odd numbers have been rounded down out of spite. Hopefully this will keep them in check a bit until the proper Norscan faction is reimplemented.

Compatible with anything that does not directly modify the income on these exact buildings. Save game compatible.
