I love this mod, even though it's no longer needed. The description always brings a smile to my face.

This mod is needed now, at least with the latest version of Grimhammer.
They have raised Hagig and Talabheim by turn 50, I have brought beck to life both Nordland and Ostland.

I'll never forgot the beautiful, would-be tomb king that was Surtha Ek. Though long has he been laid to rest, never will he be forgotten. May he lead his dumpster chariots through the pearly gates and ride forever more with Billy Mays, Harambe, the other great memes of our age. Farewell... sweet prince...

Can you update this mod so that it doubles Surtha Ek's income and causes him to spam nothing but chariots again, please?

We all know that a faction with more cavalry than any other faction in the game
would choose all peasent bowmen

In every single campaign I playing this faction ended up controlling the whole of that ring continent & have crazy number of elite armies. After that the game becomes simply tedious than fun, Hence i want this mod.

Does this work even if the mod in the mod checker said it's out of date?

Norsca is getting destroyed in ME even without this mod

I don't have this game installed anymore, but unless CA changed the entire naming convention and file structure for Norscan buildings (like they will do with the actual Norscan faction update), this should still work fine.

I've gave it a try without this mod being updated. Sadly, Norsca tribes scouts managed to once again find Surtha Ek, who was long forgotten, and desolate all parts of the old and new world. Even brave armies of Naggarond and Dragons of High Elves were not strong enough to defend against this crazy, ravaging hordes (not even Beastman hordes were so crazy and ravaging) . Hope, world will once again gain some order in upcoming days.

wanted to start as a new world faction but didnt want to arrrive in the new world to just find norscans so thanks for making this mod doing the lords work

hmm i guess the best way is to activate this mod in early game so empire factions doesn't get rekt by Surtha Ek, but desactivate it late so norsca become a real threat, but empire factions got some time to have better defences/tech to fight them, stimm they will get out numbered ^^

@Joey. Grab Better AI 2, it really helps even out the faction AIs.

I have finished about halfway thru a campaign with this. The norscans are almost extinct except for some Mung somewhere. Kislev has pretty much taken over the entire northern part of the map and is now dominant. Still much better than Surtha Ek

Awesome mod! Seems to be working well. Would love a similar nerf for the dwarf factions and maybe even the vampire counts.

If Creative Assembly made a mod that turned Surtha Ek into a horde and gave him a buff that made all his chariots crazy strong, I'd probably buy it.

@Daemonic Spoder I had some otherwise better chariot screenshots, but then I noticed the rainbow and knew I had to wheel the chariot horde around to the other side of the battlefield to get it in frame

Gotta admit, the rainbow in the thumbnail just makes it even more ridiculous. The chariot gangs were in total harmony till you showed up.

Surtha Ek needs to be riding a chariot being pulled by other chariots

A friend had an idea after reading this: a mod that creates a Rogue faction, lead by Surtha Ek, all they can recruit are chariots from all factions & horseman skirmishers

I dunno why but on my first campaign brettonia stomps the wastes.
They keep sending stack after stack up there lol

That description is the funniest thing I've read in awhile.

I've only experienced this in one of my games, but like the description.

Never bothered to comment on anything before, but that description deserves props.
