Adds new techs to the game, that can be found in treasure chests on your travels, or purchased for premium prices at the Outpost Tech Lab.

The following techs can be found in this mod:
Endurance, Agility, Stamina, Steel Sphere, Hover Sphere, Pulse Boost, Wall Grind, Hover Field, Speed Booster, Healing Focus, Powered Flight, Drill Sphere, Agile Sphere, Strike Sphere, Rocket Punch, Repair Kit, First Aid

Detailed information can be found on each tech in this discussion thread. I strongly recommend you use this mod along with my Base Tech Rebalance mod, but this is optional and either can be used without the other.
