Stealth Ghillie

描述
This mod changes the player's camouflage value who wears any standard ghillie suit. If you wear any addon ghillie, the mod won't change your value (yet).

Works in all side (blufor, opfor, independent, civilian).

Things that change your value:
-Player's stance (stand, crouch, prone)
-Player's speed
-Terrain (meadow, forest, tree)
-Night

From my experience, the AI does not care about your ghillie suit, he will spot you from 20-30m away while you on the ground in the forest. But this mod adds some realism to the ghillie suits.

If you find that in some situation your value seems not right (AI spots you/not spots you), just write a comment plus what sitation you were in.

Tested in SP, hosted server with 2 players, dedicated server.

real engine doesnt work, if this one doesnt either try dynamic camouflage system

between this and real engine (which makes the ai not see your ghillie), which one do u recommend

Understand that the mod is no longer support, just like to note that this causes lag when wearing ghillie aboard a helicopter...

@Ghost Can you please tell me what mod you are using? Sorry for posting this question on this mod's comment section, but since it is not developed anymore I would really like to know how to limit AI's vision through grass, hedges etc. Thanks.

Hey, I dont update this mod since long long time. I would like to update to your requests but i just dont play the game anymore. Maybe some day i will reinstall just for updating.

Hey I don't know if you still update this mod but, is there any way you can make a mod like this that increases stealth with or without ghillie? so that the enemy ai doesnt spot you easily at night or behind brush? I love the idea of this mod but the Arma 3 ai has got to be the absolute worst for stealth out of just about any mil game I've ever played and it would make the game so much better if basic stealth mechanics were added. Thank you for this ghillie mod!

StealthGhillie Initializing message on the bottom left just hangs there, never says initialized or complete. This is not normal correct?
