Understand that the mod is no longer support, just like to note that this causes lag when wearing ghillie aboard a helicopter...

@Ghost Can you please tell me what mod you are using? Sorry for posting this question on this mod's comment section, but since it is not developed anymore I would really like to know how to limit AI's vision through grass, hedges etc. Thanks.

Hey, I dont update this mod since long long time. I would like to update to your requests but i just dont play the game anymore. Maybe some day i will reinstall just for updating.

Hey I don't know if you still update this mod but, is there any way you can make a mod like this that increases stealth with or without ghillie? so that the enemy ai doesnt spot you easily at night or behind brush? I love the idea of this mod but the Arma 3 ai has got to be the absolute worst for stealth out of just about any mil game I've ever played and it would make the game so much better if basic stealth mechanics were added. Thank you for this ghillie mod!

StealthGhillie Initializing message on the bottom left just hangs there, never says initialized or complete. This is not normal correct?

Was on a mountain in a bush with the semi-arid ghillie suit on in takistan. As soon as I shot, 5 enemy ai turned directly onto me and started firing. Was prone.... Does asr ai conflict with ai spotting?

Hi man, I had a wierd bug in my mission that I was exposed to enemies just few meters away from me and they didn't seem to react, I even engaged them in point black range and they didn't engage me back like in "setcaptive" command. Any Ideas?

I have Adobe Creative Cloud, Substance Designer, Painter, 3ds max 2020, Maya 2020, Cinema 4D and Houdini FX now so if you are gonna update this, let me know I will try to get some ghillie's made.

How do you plan to implement the modded ghillies?
I think, that if you want to be friends, I will model, and texture ghillies for usage with this mod, as that is something really lacking in arma.

so i have been wanting to ask you if you could allow this to have an effect for all uniforms so that way i could use a well blended camo uniform that works even if it isn't a gillie suit? i thought of if it isn't a gillie, suit then the there will only be a partial effect, and if you use a gillie suit, then you get a bigger effect,

Please use a hintSilent (hintSilent "text") in Debug Mode then the sound from the hint is off.
Also i think the SG Value doesnt reset when you drop the ghillie. I could go to a spot where i am really good hidden and then drop the ghillie and just stand up in the middle of a forest and the enemy cant see me directly (like the normal AI would).

The script only changes the players' value. I think its enough to load clientside, but you should load it on both sides just for sure.

Is there a way to open and edit the files to have some kind of notification when it detects a change examples of things i was thinking about itd be nice to have seen: stealth Ghillie: Ghillie removed, stealth Ghillie: Standing, stealth Ghillie: Crouched, stealth Ghillie: Prone, stealth Ghillie: Meadow, stealth Ghillie: Tree, stealth Ghillie: Forest, stealth Ghillie: Night ,stealth Ghillie: Day

Found out this causes a really big log bloat on servers that dont run this as it shoots out 100rds of errors for forest meadow and tree coeffs

Ok this sounds like a great mod for the Overthrow mission server I have up. Thing is this a Clientside only mod or Serverside? There is no install info that I see. I have some experience with Arma but been away a long time.

If AI wears it, his value wont change, only for players. And if you wear ghillie against modded AI, it still hide you as if you go against vanilla AI. I tested it with ASR AI and worked.

@qwertybattle i thought i can put the special suits in with the same value as the ghillie.. but those will not hide you as the ghillie suits. Maybe i will make a custom calculation for it if you really want it.
