Fatal Exception: (StarException) Could not load behavior file '/behaviors/npc/ww_citizen.behavior'

Hello, I have an unusual error/s that I'm trying to figure out what mod/s are causing them. I was able to play Starbound just fine a few days ago and now I get an error message. I did uninstall a couple mods but was able to play just fine right after uninstalling them. And of course my brain doesn’t remember what mods they were. I did try to verify integrity of files and looked at the dependencies of mods by Right-Click Starbound > Properties > Workshop. Neither of those helped…

My game takes longer than normal to load, it goes to not responding, and then once it starts responding it plays the chucklefish intro giggle and then 4 seconds later it gives me an error message and then crashes. I do use OpenStarbound, which is up to date, but I haven’t had any other problems or updates to mods that would cause these errors.

Originally I just had these two error messages:

Fatal Exception: (StarException) Could not load behavior file '/behaviors/npc/ww_citizen.behavior'

Then several lines below it said:

Caused by: (StarException) Duplicate behavior tree 'ww_citizen'

Because the error message had WW in it I figured it was because of WW Furnishing so I unsubscribed to it and the WW Furnishing - Good Game's Fixes but then I received this error message:

Fatal Exception: (ItemException) Duplicate item name 'om_liquidstars' found

With the first Fatal Exception error since WW Furnishing was installed the only error that showed was the ww_citizen errors in the starbound.log file. I also tried to just uninstall Good Game's Fixes and still received the same 'ww_citizen' error message.

I have no idea what caused the first error and would like to figure that one out over the second error since the second error doesn’t even show up on the starbound.log file until after I uninstall WW Furnishing and WW Furnishing - Good Game's Fixes.

Thank you and sorry if my writing is a little wonky, I have severe dyslexia and autism so it's really hard for me to explain what I want to convey. :)

If you started the game less than 6 times or if you did a backup you should still have a log with all your previous mods.

If you put WW Furnishing back does the liquid error go away? Did you do a backup before removing it?

For the NPC error it's really tricky, when mods are removed they game can keep modifications on already generated planets. Though as it is about behavior it probably come from something that change or add NPCs. The only way to find is to remove mods and test.
The last resort is deleting planets, maybe your univers, your ship too if you have NPCs on it.

If the errors are unrelated at first glance then it's probably a modpack issue, the game crashes on 1 error, you 'fix' that, then it finds the next error and crashes again.

"om_" is Omeruin's mod tag I'm pretty sure, could try checking those out if you have any installed.

I FOUND WHAT MOD BROKE MY GAME AND NOW IT WORKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

@FUS and @Fractard I took both your advice and started looking over my starbound.log. I did a universe reset and it still crashed, unsubscribed to the mods that gave me errors and got different fatal errors and it still crashed. I had no backups either. The cause of my fatal errors wasn't a mod that I had unsubscribed from, but one I subscribed to. It was a modpack issue. I found lots of errors, not fatal, for duplicate files from IKN_ mods. I searched the workshop and it turns out one of the IKN mods, IKNingen Integrated, was completely broken and the mod creator said not to use this mod until it's updated. It had duplicate items from WW furnishings and Ningen Race Mod ver 1.8, which I was subscribed to. I don't know why I had other fatal errors from other mods but I don't care cause my game works now!

Life has been really hard for me recently and Starbound is one of my escapes. I genuinely want to say thank you to you both. You both took time out of your lives to help me. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I can’t wait to play my space moth wizard again!
