Problem with custom translation

Hi, I made this topic because AlenL said
"Torrent, we should perhaps continue this in a Workshop forum thread..."

So here is what I made: I have translation_All.txt file, I put this file to ...\The Talos Principle\Content\Talos\Content\Talos\Locales\plk then I made a .zip archive started from first Content folder. I uploaded this .gro file(I changed the name) to workshop via editor. I subscribed this file to check, is it work before making this public, and nah, I still see the old translation.

Where is a problem guys? Is it because I have Content and Talos folders twice?

Yes.

It should be in ...\The Talos Principle\Content\Talos\Locales\plk

I have tried your workshop item, and I can confirm that this is caused by a (at least one, possibly a combination of two) bug in the code. Filed this as issue #40265. Thanks for reporting it!

I'm also doing a fan-made localization, so I'm waiting for you to sort this out.

Maybe it's random or not but sometimes description in performance settings are in english.

Thank you for the update, but I'm curious if it will be possible to localize the "non-texted" QR codes (that of Uriel's in particular, since one or two of them are puzzle hints)? I'm doing a custom Hungarian localization for the game.

They are all in the translation_All.txt. But get that file from the latest patch's gro.

Thanks, Solais, I've checked it and found some QR texts which were not in the previous version, with the exception of that which hints the solution of the column puzzle to acquire a very well-hidden star in A3 . I suppose that one would make it necessary to generate a new code with the localized text.
