Hmm. You would probably have to alter the item descriptions to include such info, basically meaning a mod that has all of the relevant items cloned from the vanilla game, overriding the description text. Otherwise you may need to use some sort of LUA mod setup to extract that info from the actual item files (not sure if that's even possible) which seems a bit extreme just for some text.

I don't know of such a mod, but it sounds like it could be quite laborious (but easy) to create, depending on how many items it included.

if one would create such a mod that scans vanilla and modded item files and adds a UI element to all the items that give hidden stats, it would be the best UI mod this game has ever seen. frankly, i'm not sure why this isn't in the base game.

Unfortunately I haven't the foggiest when it comes to LUA modding, it's not something I'm interested in (I don't use any LUA mods, they tend to break on every vanilla game update). I can't imagine being able to extract text from game files automatically and displaying them on the HUD via any other method though, unfortunately.
