When a patient comes in via ambulance or helicopter and the get put in a trauma bay it is only one doctor and one nurse there. This has always made the game feel less realistic in my opinion. I would really enjoy if someone made a mod that basically makes it so a lot more staff is required during any trauma stabilization or diagnosis / treatment.
Preferably four staff members (2x doctors, 2x nurses).

To any modder who reads this and thinks "I wont do that", at least tell me how I can do it.
