Unfortunately PDX has changed the format for the files and these cityscapes are not compatible with the new format anymore. This mod is most likely outdated for good, as I don't play Stellaris myself atm and don't have motivation to go and fix it all, as it would probably require individual polishes for each of the graphics. If someone wants to take them over and remake them, please feel free to do so, but remember to credit the original author.
