https://wiki.groundbranch.com/modding/patches
This is how I've done it, I haven't done it for a while though.
1) Make sure the patches are 512x256 PNG and put them into a folder with whatever you are calling the patches.
2) Place the folder with patches into the C:\Users\yourname\Documents\GroundBranch\StagedMod\GroundBranch\Patches (make a backup of the patches)
3) Start Ground Branch.
4) At the Main Menu click on Modding.
5) Click Quick Create
6) Follow the steps and at step 4 Add mod content, and Detected Content you should have Patches and the Number of patches.
7)The Thumbnail needs to be a 200x200 PNG picture (if you want one) rename it to thumbnail.png and place it in C:\Users\yourname\Documents\GroundBranch\StagedMod
8) Step 5 Fill in the Title and Description.
9) Step 6, Status should be ready to upload if not recheck all is correct above.
10) Upload to Workshop.
11) Check Steam and copy the mod.id, check all details.
12)Back to Ground Branch, Main Menu, Modding, Local Server, check to see if the Patch Mod is there if not paste the id into the search, check box, and enable mod.
13) You should be able to pick the patch on the customization screen. Also, remember other players need the patch mod installed to be able to see it.
Hope that helps or at least gives you an idea of how to do it, it's tricky at the start but once you've done one it should be easier.
Cheers
