Stuck in downloading/updating loop
Tried to play ATS today, and the game is stuck in an endless downloading->updating loop without ever downloading or updating anything. I tried uninstalling the game, and clearing the steam cache. Nothing has made any difference, and I cannot start the game. What can I do?

Restart Steam app. Even better restart your PC. Also check the remaining space on storage drive for game installation.

A validation loop means you have a corrupt file. First goto /steam/logs and open the file content_logs.txt with notepad. Next in this file you will find listed witch file is corrupt, and it"s location. then delete corrupted file and re validate and steam will download a new file.

Try clearing the steam cache.
